Refund policy
You must understand that by ordering any of the “no5craft” products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which will apply to all orders placed by the customer.
All “no5craft” products are handmade to order in accordance with the requirements of the buyer.
Please be careful when choosing the size. We highly recommend that you visit your nearest jewelry store to check your size and avoid ordering errors.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
After payment, you have 48 hours to issue a refund in case of an error or a change in decision.
After this time, the return request will not be accepted due to a customer error or a change in decision. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
IMPORTANT: While your order is in production, you will have the option to request a resizing, change the shipping address, or personalization.
In the event that an item you ordered is defective upon receipt or otherwise does not meet the specifications of your order, please Contact no5craft within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will help you process your return/exchange properly.
If you made a mistake with the choice of size when placing an order, you can only exchange for another size the same model that was made for you earlier. The production of the new size will be free. Please note that in case of replacement with a new size, shipping in both directions is paid by the buyer! (return of goods and delivery of a new size)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be delivered to us in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Before sending, we carefully check all sizes and, if possible, send a photo for approval, but if for some reason we made a mistake with the size, or the product specification does not match your order, the return and exchange of goods are carried out at our expense.
Please be aware that it may take some time for us to produce a new size and arrange for reshipment as all items are made to order and we do not have them in stock.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Please be aware of any possible customs duties in your country. Please note that the “buyer” is responsible for paying additional fees such as DUTIES, TAXES, and CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES.
The prices listed on the website for “no5craft” do not include taxes and duties of your country.
These fees can vary greatly and often depend on the price and type of shipment, the weight, and dimensions of the package, as well as taxes, duties, and fees in the country of destination.

In case of refusal to receive the package, there will be NO REFUND, as each item is made according to individual measurements to order. We hope for your understanding.

EXCEPTIONS/non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, such as non-standard items (special orders not in our catalog) and items purchased with gift cards.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
no5craft is not responsible for missing packages in transit and cannot replace missing items as this is the responsibility of the shipping service.
But we will carefully monitor your packages and initiate an investigation if necessary.
Please note that if the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing an order, no5craft is not responsible for the location of the package.
