Shipping Time

Most of our products require complex handcrafted customization. Generally, orders are shipped within 3-5 days. For out-of-stock items, shipping may take 5-7 days. Oxidation of Silver and Copper

Silver and copper products without anti-oxidation or electroplating layers may oxidize and change color over time due to individual body chemistry, environmental factors, or usage habits. For silver jewelry not worn for extended periods, store it in a sealed container to prevent excessive oxidation.

 

Photos May Slightly Differ from Actual Products

Each product involves extensive handmade processes, so slight variations in appearance and specifications are inevitable. The final product may have minor differences from the photos.

 

Free Maintenance; No Warranty for Man-Made Damage

Our products come with free maintenance services. Buyers are responsible for the shipping fees for both sending and returning the item. Unfortunately, we do not provide after-sales service for man-made damage.

 

No Returns or Exchanges for Reasons Other Than Quality Issues
